LOD Construction delivered a full interior fit-out of approximately 23,000 square feet for Cyera, a leading data security and cybersecurity firm, at 1375 Broadway in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The project transformed raw commercial space into a workplace that reflects Cyera's identity as a technology leader while creating a warm, human-centered environment for their growing New York team.

The completed headquarters features a branded reception area with illuminated dimensional signage, open collaborative lounges with curated furniture, private phone rooms for focused work, glass-fronted conference rooms equipped with digital booking systems, a full-service café and social hub, and open-plan workstation areas designed for flexibility and collaboration.

What We Built

The scope encompassed a complete transformation of the existing space. LOD managed full demolition of existing conditions and built out the new headquarters from the ground up, coordinating every trade and system to meet the client's aggressive timeline.

16-Week Accelerated Schedule

The primary challenge was delivering a full headquarters buildout within a 16-week accelerated schedule — roughly half the typical timeline for a project of this scale and complexity. This demanded precise coordination across all trades and suppliers from day one.

Adding to the complexity, 1375 Broadway is a premier Midtown high-rise with strict building management rules governing delivery hours, freight elevator access, noise restrictions, and construction protocols. LOD's team developed a detailed logistics plan that maximized productive work hours within these constraints, ensuring zero disruption to other tenants while maintaining full momentum on the build.
