LOD Construction was founded in 2018 with a straightforward approach: honest pricing, clean execution, and no surprises. We started with commercial interior buildouts in Manhattan and grew through repeat clients and referrals — the only kind of growth that means anything in this industry.

Since then, we've built across the tri-state area — office buildouts in Midtown, retail fit-outs in SoHo, full residential renovations in Brooklyn, and ground-up construction in the Bronx and Queens.

We work from 405 Lexington Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. We're not the biggest contractor in New York. We're the one your architect recommends.
